Who are we?

Frontline Research Group is a privately owned, full-service, research company, founded in 1996. We focus on emerging markets and developing economies with our unique expertise being in the traditional or general trade.

We have collected data on over 5 million retail outlets across Africa and Southeast Asia and our ongoing retail census and retail tracking projects ensure that our data remains relevant. However, we don’t just supply data, we also provide analysis, insights and direction.

Our passion, experience and knowledge come from years of doing research in the traditional / general trade across developing economies. We focus on offering data driven solutions for our clients in multiple sectors across Africa and Southeast Asia.

 

Where do we operate?

Frontline Research Group is a multinational company with offices in South Africa, West Africa, Mauritius and Thailand.

Over the past three decades we have developed methodologies, fit for purpose software and procedures that can be applied to any traditional, general, wholesale or modern trade market, or a combination of these, anywhere in the world.

Our research teams operate throughout Pan Africa, including the Middle East and in Southeast Asia and we are working towards expansion into more developing markets soon.
